Shipping
All orders will ship within 10 business days. Transit time for orders is 5-8 business days. Items will arrive in 2-3 weeks from date ordered.
Flat rate shipping $3.99 on orders under $100. Free shipping on orders over $100.
LegendLine currently ships within the United States. This includes all 50 states, Washington D.C., and eligible U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these locations.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to ship orders to addresses outside of our supported shipping locations at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.
You can also track your order at any time through our order tracking portal using your order details.
Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us via email to legendline@shoplegendline.com as soon as possible if any items are missing from your shipment. We will review your order details and work with you to resolve the issue.
To help us investigate and process your request, please provide your order number along with photos of the package received, including the shipping label and the items included in the shipment. This information helps us verify the issue and determine the best resolution as quickly as possible.
Claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review or replacement.
